Bwindi Nursing School
Southwest Uganda has only one registered nurse for every 40,000 people. In comparison, the United States has more than 350 registered nurses for the same number of people. A number of our graduating Dreamaker students are excited about becoming part of the solution to their nation’s healthcare needs.
Fortunately, there is a nursing school very near our Dreamaker ministry. It is called Bwindi Nursing School, and is operated by the Texas-based Kellerman Foundation. The three-year program costs only $4,500 per student. This includes tuition, housing, books and supplies for the entire three years.
